0.11.19 — tags under the tile, a curtain before the player, a series in one language only

The outbound tile had a negative left indent. It was meant to make room for the coloured edge; what it did was pull the whole tile out of the text column. The indent is gone, replaced by even spacing on all sides. The tile now stands in its column rather than beside it.

Tags are new, and they are not `keywords`. Search engines see `keywords`; nobody saw tags, because there were none. The new `tags` field is visible — it sits at the foot of the tile, under the exit to the source. The engine knows no dictionary of tags and holds no opinion about one: the instance keeps it, because it is an editorial decision, not a technical one.

An embedded YouTube player no longer arrives on its own. A YouTube frame talks to someone else's server from the first second, including when nobody has pressed play — and a list may hold a dozen such tiles at once. So what stands there first is a thumbnail from our own storage and a button; the frame appears only after a click, and at `youtube-nocookie.com`. The click is the boundary: before it the page is ours, after it the reader knowingly steps into someone else's player. A tile with a player is not one big link either — a button inside an `<a>` is both invalid and confusing — so the link is the description alone.

And the fourth thing: a series can be marked untranslated. Until now the engine assumed every entry had a counterpart in the other version, and the language switch led to `/i/<key>`. For a series that exists on one side only, that was an invitation to an error page. The switch now leads to the other version's home page instead. The flag is a deliberate exception, not a translation backlog.
