0.11.18 — the “outside” label on one line

After 0.11.17 the domain fitted the tile, but the byline still had one place where the browser broke where it shouldn't: on a narrow tile the two-word Polish label for “outside” split across lines. The label is now unbreakable — if it does not fit the line, it moves down whole. In English the label is a single word, so nothing changes visibly here.

While at it, an outbound tile in the grid gets a minimum width of zero. Without it a grid item's minimum width is that of its content, and it can push its column off the screen when something long lands in it. After the 0.11.17 change nothing long should land there any more — but the safety costs one class.
